Relationship coaching and therapy are both very useful supports for couples. Coaching is a good choice for couples who are seeking support in learning skills for better communication, intimacy issues, deepening connection and feeling understood. A trained therapist is a good option when there are additional challenges such as mental health issues, trauma, or addiction.
